Anxiety can feel like your mind is always scanning for danger — racing thoughts, physical tension, difficulty sleeping or focusing, or a constant sense that something is about to go wrong. It’s exhausting. And it can make it hard to be present in your own life.

I work with adults (18+) experiencing anxiety using evidence-based approaches including CBT and mindfulness-based strategies. We’ll work together to identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control.
